At PRYMAL, we produce our biltong in small, fresh batches.
This means your order is handled with care, not pulled from long-term storage.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

During busier periods or production cycles, processing may take slightly longer, we’ll always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining product quality.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Latvia: 1–2 business days
Baltics (LT, EE): 2–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Shipping Costs

PRYMAL orders are delivered to parcel lockers via Omniva, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts.

Shipping costs €2.50-€2.99 per order, depending on the selected delivery provider. Simply choose your preferred parcel locker during checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €50.

We may occasionally run additional free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website.

Freshness & Shelf Life

PRYMAL biltong is a fresh, air-dried product with a limited shelf life.

To ensure you receive it in optimal condition:

We ship only recently produced batches
We avoid dispatching products close to their best-before date

Once delivered, we recommend:

Storing in a cool, dry place
Consuming within a reasonable time for best quality

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

Your shipping address is correct
Someone is available to receive the order where required

PRYMAL is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Failed delivery attempts
Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery issues, we may need to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and photos

We’ll review the case and make it right.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union.
